JAIVEN SPENCE · PERSONAL EXPLORATIONS

Useful things.
Unexpected
directions.

I’m Jaiven. I like making tools I actually want to use — and seeing where a good idea goes.

Enter the playground ↘

Not a company. Not a list of buzzwords.
A few things I’m proud of, connected.

01 / THE BIG IDEA

Good ideas
need a bridge.

AGENT BRIDGE

A shared space for coding agents to coordinate. Less working past each other. More moving an idea forward together.

It’s the project I’m most proud of. This little scene is an illustration of the idea, not a live connection to my agents.

Try a tiny, illustrative handoff.

02 / THE EVERYDAY DETAIL

Small tool.
Daily difference.

TERMINAL TINT

Not every tool needs a grand story. Sometimes it just makes the place you work feel more like yours.

A favorite in my daily setup: the terminal turns green when Claude needs my input, then returns to normal while it works.

Working state: terminal dark. No input needed.

A tool I use, created by Erik Jones ↗. My fork currently matches the original.

03 / LITTLE THINGS THAT HELP

Less friction.
More delight.

A playful daily planner. Get real things done, and a strange little companion grows along with you.

An idea for making progress feel a little less like a spreadsheet.

Oddling selected. Try a tiny task.

Interactive sketches of the ideas, not the full products. All example content is made up.

04 / FROM IDEA TO SOMETHING USEFUL

Think it through.
Try it out.
Make it better.

My work sits between practical IT and experimenting with AI. I’m interested in what happens when an idea becomes something you can actually use.

01

Start with a real friction.

02

Make the idea tangible.

03

Keep asking what could be better.

Selected personal perspective. No client data or internal systems are connected to this site.

05 / A MOMENT WORTH KEEPING

Good company.
Second place.

SAFE SCRIBE

Overall second place at The AI Conference Hack Day, built with Erik Jones and our agent teams.

A clinical-handoff prototype where agents review each other’s work before approval. A hack-day experiment with synthetic patients, not a production medical system.

06 / BEYOND THE SCREEN

Different routes.
Same curiosity.

There’s more to me than the things I build. Bike rides, new places, and a reason to look up from the terminal.

The best personal site should leave room for life, too.

07 / STILL EXPLORING

A little practical.
A little playful.
Always curious.

This is a living collection, not a finished story.

An evolving personal collection. Tools, ideas, and a little life beyond the screen.
